2. Eligibility and Acceptance

By enrolling in a session or purchasing a product, you confirm that you meet any stated prerequisites and legal requirements to receive these offerings.

3. Ordering and Delivery

All orders and enrollments are subject to availability and confirmation. Digital products are made accessible upon payment confirmation. Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout and may incur shipping times based on your location.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are presented at checkout in your local currency. Payments must be completed using the methods available on our platform. Access to services is granted only after successful payment.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to accommodate changes and ensure satisfaction across all offerings.

5.1. Live Training Sessions

Refund requests for scheduled sessions must be submitted at least seven days before the session date. Late requests may not qualify for a refund but can be transferred to a future session, based on availability. If a session is cancelled by Encryptia, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no extra charge.

5.2. Digital Information Products

Digital products come with a fourteen-day satisfaction window. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed within five business days. This policy is final due to the immediate nature of digital access.

5.3. Physical Goods

Physical goods may be sent back if unopened and in original packaging within thirty days of delivery. After we receive the item, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within seven business days.

5.4. Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain premium live sessions and custom consulting packages are non-refundable, due to resource and seat allocations. This policy ensures dedicated support and optimal learning outcomes for all participants.

6. Transfers and Rescheduling

You may request to transfer or reschedule live sessions without additional charges if the request is made at least five days before the original date. Contact our team via contact form to initiate a transfer or rescheduling.

7. User Conduct

Users must comply with applicable laws and respectful interaction standards when participating in sessions or using our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

Encryptia’s liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant offering.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
